data from the contact form (prospects): 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations;
active client data: duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years after its termination, in accordance with legal and accounting obligations (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code);
browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with applicable regulations, users have the following rights:

right of rectification,
right of erasure,
right to restriction of processing,
right to object,
right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR),
right to define guidelines regarding the fate of their data after their death (Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act).
